You'll find a comprehensive compendium of 225 validated performance indicators for managed care organizations, integrated delivery networks, provider-sponsored organizations, and other emerging delivery systems. Once there, you can easily sort the measures by accreditation program, domains of performance, or general health concepts.
Called the National Library of Health Care Indicators: Health Plan and Network Edition, the indicators are divided into four categories: 123 clinical performance measures, 20 health status measures, seven satisfaction measures, and 75 administrative and financial measures. This first edition includes measures not only from the Joint Commission, but from the Agency for Health Care Policy and Research, the National Committee for Quality Assurance, Northwestern University, the Primary Care Outcomes Research Institute, and Kaiser Permanente.
