Subscription and Cancellation Terms
a. Subscription
i. Ongoing Subscription. Your Clinician.com subscription requires a minimum one (1) year commitment, payable immediately upon purchase. You must have Internet access and provide Relias with a current, valid, accepted method of payment (which may be updated from time to time, "Payment Method") to use the Clinician.com service. Your Payment Method will be charged annually during your billing cycle (the “subscription period”). Following the initial one-year term, your subscription will automatically renew for one (1) year at the end of each one (1) year term until canceled by you. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the then-current billing period, through your online account. Failure to do so will result in billing the next annual subscription fees to your Payment Method.
b. Billing
i. Recurring Billing. By initiating your Clinician.com subscription and selecting a Payment Method, you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for each subscription period at the then-current subscription rate. You acknowledge that the billing amount for each subscription period may vary upon auto-renewal. You will be notified of any pricing changes in advance, and you authorize Relias to charge your payment method accordingly Charges will be billed once per subscription period.
ii. Price Changes. We reserve the right to modify pricing for our service or components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms of Use, any price changes to your service will become effective following advance notice provided to you via email or through your account.
iii. Billing Cycle. Subscription fees are billed at the start of your subscription period unless and until, after the initial one-year minimum subscription, you cancel your subscription. We automatically bill your Payment Method on the first day of the subscription. Subscription fees are fully earned upon payment. We reserve the right to change billing dates if your Payment Method fails to process successfully. We may pre-authorize your Payment Method in anticipation of subscription charges. As used in these Terms of Use, "billing" shall indicate a charge, debit or other payment clearance, as applicable, against your Payment Method.
iv. No Refunds. PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE, AND NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR PARTIALLY A USED SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide refunds, discounts, or other considerations to some or all subscribers ("credits"). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at Relias' sole discretion. Providing credits in one instance does not obligate Relias to provide credits in future situations, under any circumstance.
v. Payment Methods. You may update your Payment Method information at any time within the Clinician.com website. If your Payment Method fails due to expiration, insufficient funds, or other reasons, and you do not update your Payment Method information or cancel your account (see, "Cancellation" below), you will remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorize us to continue billing the Payment Method, as it may be updated. This may result in a change to your payment billing date. For certain Payment Methods, the issuer of your Payment Method may charge you a foreign transaction fee or other charges. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
vi. Cancellation. You may cancel your Clinician.com subscription at any time after the initial one-year minimum term through the online cancellation option available in your Clinician.com account settings by navigating to “My Account” on the Clinician.com website or by contacting Clinician.com support. If you cancel during the initial one-year minimum subscription term, you will remain responsible for the subscription payment throughout the remainder of the term. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY PARTIALLY USED SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS.
