Deltec introduces new administration sets

Deltec, of St. Paul, MN, recently introduced two new CADD administration sets with spiral tubing that can expand to allow patients freedom of movement. The tubing contracts when the additional length is not needed.

The administration sets attach to the following Deltec CADD infusion pumps: CADD-Prizm, CADD-PLUS, CADD-PCA, and CADD-1, for therapies with rates at or below 125 milliliters per hour. The sets are similar to Deltec's other CADD administration sets but add an air-eliminating filter (0.2 micron and 1.2 micron) and the spiral tubing.
