At last: INS standards to see the light of day
The Cambridge, MA-based Intravenous Nurses Society (INS) reports that its long-awaited set of standards will be available in June on its Web page and in July in its Journal. The INS adds that June is the anticipated completion of its Web site, which is currently under construction. The Web site’s address is www.ins1.org. When completed, the site will provide information on conferences, training, regional officers and more.
As far as the INS’ PICC guidelines, they are scheduled to be debuted at the INS conference in May, and then available shortly thereafter.
