News Brief: Grants fund patient satisfaction studies
Press Ganey Associates, a satisfaction measurement and improvement firm based in South Bend, IN, will award five $10,000 grants over the next 12 months for applied research to identify best practices for use throughout the health care field.
The grants are part of the company’s continuing interest in promoting systematic and rigorous study of patient satisfaction, according to a statement by Press Ganey.
The application is open to full-time academic personnel and doctoral graduate students as well as members of the health care field with an interest in patient satisfaction research.
