Attention Readers
In the July 29, 2001, issue on page 107 in the article, "Pioglitazone Improves Lipid Profiles More Effectively than Rosiglitazone," the sentence in the second paragraph, "Mean cholesterol, triglyceride, and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels decreased in the pioglitazone group by 44.7%, 11.3%, and 7.3% but increased 8.4%, 38.4%, and 8.1%, respectively, in the rosiglitazone group," should have read ". . .cholesterol levels decreased in the pioglitazone group by 4.7%. . ." We regret any confusion this may have caused.
