- No patient or employee information can be displayed

- There must be one person in each department responsible for the page

- All Web pages must be approved by the department director

- No advertisements

- No sound

- No video

- No cross-links to other departments

- The page must be tasteful and not offensive

- No unapproved links to the World Wide Web

- The page should adhere to uniform font size and color

- The page should use uniform guidelines for headings

- All pages should contain "Last Modified Date"

- No unapproved pictures
