JCAHO publishes benchmarking basics book

Need to brush up on benchmarking basics? The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) has a book for you. Benchmarking in Health Care: Finding and Implementing Best Practices includes a step-by-step guide to benchmarking, sources for benchmarking partners, a screening process for potential partners, data collection and data analysis tools, and examples of benchmarking.
