MGMA offers how-to text on quality improvement
To help medical groups tackle the difficulties of collecting and analyzing data and developing quality improvement projects, the Englewood, CO-based Medical Group Management Association has released an updated version of Quality Improvement: Practical Applications for Medical Group Practice ($39 plus shipping and handling). The book includes skill-based exercises, such as how to determine if data is in the normal range.
