Baylor offers health brochures
Baylor College of Medicine in Houston has published a series of brochures under the title "We Care for You" that provide background information, practical guidelines, and resources on a variety of physical and emotional health topics.
More than 675,000 brochures have been distributed without charge since the program began, and "Evaluations indicate the brochures are popular and effective," says Harriet Spain, MPH, director of health promotion at Baylor.
You can call a hotline number at (800) 392-4444, for a listing of all brochures, or request a specific brochure by sending a business-sized, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: "Brochure Name," We Care For You, Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX 77030.
