The Department of Health and Human Services has issued county-level data on 2015 open enrollment in qualified health plans in the states that use the HealthCare.gov platform for their Health Insurance Marketplace.
The data include total plan selections by metal level, consumer type (new, auto re-enrollment, or active re-enrollment), family income, race/ethnicity, age category, advanced premium tax credit, and cost-sharing reduction. The states include: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
