• Extendicare (Markham, Ontario) appointed Mel Rhinelander to its board of directors, effective Feb. 23. Rhinelander will stand for election to a three-year term on the board at the annual meeting in May, Extendicare said.

• McKesson HBOC (San Francisco) has named William Graber senior vice president and CFO. Graber was formerly with Mead Corp., where he was vice president/CFO.
