Let your pathway program be your ticket to Hospital Case Management’s third annual conference in West Palm Beach, FL, June 6-8, 1998.
We’re looking for model case management programs with pathway projects to be presented in a panel discussion during the conference. Four panelists will be selected to present overviews of their programs, and results to date. If your program is selected, you’ll win one free registration worth $595, allowing you to attend all other conference sessions and network with your peers. (Transportation and accommodations are not included.)
To enter, send a copy of your critical pathway, contact information, and a 300 to 500 word abstract describing your project including the results and benefits to the address shown below. Because the session includes a panel, winning facilities are limited to one representative.
Entries will be selected by Hospital Case Management staff and board members based on uniqueness of the program, adaptability of the project for other facilities, and the results achieved. We’re looking for project presentations that others can learn from.
