New concept tells you your 'real age'
A new San Diego-based company, Real Age Inc., lets you find out your "real" age in health terms - regardless of what the calendar says. By visiting their Web site, www.realage.com, you can interactively respond to questions about health, stress, diet, physical activity, genetics, and more. After you complete the questionnaire, you are presented with options that will help you "grow younger."
"What Real Age does is frame all health issues in a measurement that is understandable and intuitive, so you can understand how exercise or proper diet or vitamins all affect you in terms of your 'real' age," explains Charlie Silver, president of Real Age Inc. "Without something like Real Age, it's like playing golf without keeping score. This provides an understandable measurement that's motivational."
