The Health Care Financing Administration’s (HCFA’s) outpatient PPS satellite broadcast, Healthwatch: An Introduction to Outpatient PPS, will be rebroadcast Aug. 25, 2000, 12:30 to 3 p.m. EST and Sept. 29, 2000, 12:30 to 4 p.m. EST. The broadcast includes an interview with the HCFA administrator, a brief overview of outpatient PPS rates and copayments, a discussion of the challenge of outpatient PPS featuring hospital staff from Missouri and Georgia, and a discussion between HCFA experts and hospital staff around the country.
