The Pennington law firm has a substantial health care and medical negligence law practice in Florida. The firm serves as general counsel to one of the largest hospitals in the state and represents seven of the top 10 largest hospitals in the state before regulatory and legislative policy-makers. The firm represents hundreds of physicians and health care providers in various legal matters, including disciplinary and medical negligence actions.
