They’re still proposals . . .

The proposed revisions to the Medicare conditions of participation and the proposal to require the use of OASIS are still just that proposals. That means you can shape their final version if you send your comments arrive at the Health Care Financing Administration by June 9.

• Mail your COP comments (one original and two copies) to: HCFA, Department of HHS, Attention: BPD-819-P, P.O. Box 7519, Baltimore, MD 21207-0519.

• Mail your OASIS comments (one original and two copies) to: HCFA, Dept. of HHS, Attention: HSQ-238-P, P.O. Box 7518, Baltimore, MD 21207-0519. Or you can e-mail OASIS comments (no attachments) that include your full name and address to: hsq238phcfa.gov
