Wizdom’ kit helps families control diabetes
The American Diabetes Association in Alexan-dria, VA, is offering an interactive, educational kit for kids newly diagnosed with diabetes. It is designed to provide the information children and their parents need to get them through the first three to six months after diagnosis. It consists of two books — one for kids and one for parents — a binder for diabetes information, and materials to teach people how to take control of diabetes.
