Clarification

In the Jan. 25, 1999, Compliance Hotline, it was noted that the Cancer Center of Boston in Plymouth, MA, paid $283,000 to settle federal allegations that it defrauded Medicare. The Cancer Center of Boston is not a licensed hospital and is in no way associated with Jordan Hospital of Plymouth, MA, or its cancer treatment unit, the Jordan Hospital Club Cancer Center.
