Called The Complete Guide to the Survey Process: Long Term Care, Subacute Care and Dementia Units, the guide offers an overview of the survey process and presents survey activities in the order they typically occur. Survey activities are broken down into tables listing each applicable standard from the survey manual. Sample survey agendas, tips for success, and advice are included in each activity.
