Care Group signs new managed care agreements

The Care Group, based in Lake Success, NY, announced in late February that its Georgia Certified Home Health Agency has signed six new managed care agreements with hospitals, preferred provider organizations and insurance companies, which will give it access to a significant portion of the three million people living in the greater Atlanta service area. This is part of the Company’s continuing strategy to expand through Managed Care arrangements in each of its markets.

The Care Group is a provider of integrated delivery systems for disease management. Disease management programs include pediatrics, HIV/AIDS and oncology. The spectrum of services provided include professional, paraprofessional, infusion, and mail order medications.
