Correction

An article in the November issue of HPR stated that the Mallick v. Brink case ruled that sentinel event reports to TJC are privileged in Pennsylvania. However, the defendant filed a motion to reconsider, and the court granted the motion in June, reversing the decision and ruling the reports are not privileged and must be product in litigation.
