An Illinois district court last month denied a motion by Cook (Bloomington, Indiana) related to an injunction concerning that company’s agreement with Guidant (Indianapolis, Indiana) in their continuing battle with Boston Scientific (Natick, Massachusetts) over the development and marketing of drug-coated stents.
