• Eggs — hard scrambled, fried or poached hard, or hard boiled, egg substitute available on request

• Sausage breakfast burrito —- eggs, turkey sausage, salsa, and cheddar cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla topped with black olives
Omelets — made to order
• Your choice of ham, turkey sausage, diced tomatoes, onions, green peppers, olives, vegetarian chili, mushrooms, salsa, cheddar, Swiss, or jack cheese. Egg substitute available on request
