Competent/thorough/quality care 28%
No hurry/no rush/took time 21%
Satisfied/met expectations 21%
Familiarity/doctor is my friend 10%
Good with kids and teenagers 7%
Prompt/efficient/quick 6%
Good follow-up 3%
